🌈SFQ – Building LGBTQIA+ Inclusive Workplaces

This engaging training session will be led by Fenway Health. This interactive workshop will introduce foundational LGBTQIA+ terms and concepts while exploring practical ways to create more inclusive and affirming environments within the workplace. Participants will also gain strategies for responding constructively when mistakes happen—learning how to acknowledge, correct, and move forward in a way that supports a culture of respect and growth.
