The Finance and Operations Manager is responsible for keeping the firm's operational engine running smoothly and efficiently, enabling the team to do its best work. This role will own the day-to-day execution of all major processes across finance, accounting, treasury, human resources, IT, and office administration for Alder Point's management company and its investment vehicles.
