The Associate Vice President – Investments plays a key role on the investment team, working closely with all of Alder Point’s senior leadership to source, evaluate, and execute investments across multiple regions in the U.S., with a particular focus on farmland. General responsibilities include investment due diligence, financial modeling, industry and regional market research, transaction support, production of investment recommendations, asset management, execution of value creation strategies, and related tasks.
